Today, Ryan launched a new company called Video Vision 360 with the mission of connecting businesses and their owners to their customers through the power of video. We all know that L2G’s #1 goal is to connect donators and recipients through video and now Ryan has started a for-profit venture that will bring high quality video to websites ready to gain a competitive advantage!
Ryan & Kevin went to Bruce Scharfenberg’s memorial tonight to pay tribute to his wonderful life as well as reconnect with his amazing family. The stories about Bruce brought smile and tears alike. Bruce symbolizes the birth of this foundation as he was our very 1st recipient. To remember the good times, we put together some of the uncut fun behind our weekend trip to meet the family.
Never forgotten. Always in our hearts.
Early this morning, Bruce Scharfenberg passed of a heart attack that resulted of an infection of a broken foot. Bruce was an caring father of three (Chris, Grant and Hannah) and loving husband (Jill). He also symbolized the birth of our foundation as he was our 1st ever recipient.
He lived a life to be admired, loved all he encountered and never let a moment of appreciation pass without mention. He held an appreciation for life than many search for their entire lives. He also made sure that every loving encounter began and ended with a warm hug.
Bruce told Ryan and Kevin on November 16, 2008 that what we did for him and his family didn’t make an impact it made a crater. Well he was absolutely wrong…what he did for us the the L2G family left the real crater–one that will remain in our hearts forever.
Thank you Bruce for the best 12 hour journey of our lives!
All donations given to L2G in memory of Bruce will directly benefit the 2010 Holiday cause and a special tribute will included.

With the mentality of helping other nonprofits reach their goals and spotlight their efforts, L2G has decided to begin a volunteer program where the Dream Team partners with other nonprofits once a month to help them reach new heights. We hit the ground running with Celebrities Against Autism at the Detroit Red Wings game 50/50 raffle.
Check out how we helped this Michigan based nonprofit continue on their goal to raise 1.75 million dollars which represents the 1.75 million people with autism.
At the end of February, Detroit held its very first Ignite which attracting a sold out venue of Metro Detroiters and Michigan enthusiasts to engage in presenting on various topics that inspire us. Watch Ryan’s presentation on a higher standard of charitable giving!
Our good friends at Celebrities Against Autism surprised us yesterday with 6 tickets to today’s Red Wings game, but we thought it would be more satisfying to give it to hard-core Michiganders. We launched a 24 hour Twitter campaign challenging people to tweet 140 characters of Michigan positivity to #L2G.
