Upon completion of our Holiday Party with Bottomless Toy Chest, we decided it was time to officially ask Stanley Stevens to join our team as our L2G Photographer. He has graciously captured irreplaceable moments at our Mongolian Barbeque Grillout, Adventures in Toys shopping spree, Ryan’s Oakland University Induction Speech, toy Wrapping Party and now our Holiday Party. His photos are worth a million words and we are ecstatic to have him join the team. He said it best, “All I want to do is take pictures and give back.” WELCOME STAN!

Our 2009 Holiday Party marked our most successful event to date! In collaboration with The Bottomless Toy Chest, we hosted a party at the Detroit Golf Club for 80 people, including 34 family members that have been directly affected by cancer. The Nelsons, Yahias, Masseys, Dittmans, Perezs, Gaytans and Aikens were absolutely floored by metro car pick-ups, a massive brunch, arts and crafts, a kid’s game room, video shout outs from some of our donators, Channel 4 news, a visit from Santa, stockings and thousands of dollars of gifts and needs. It was a day of surprises, hugs, and tears of joy for these Metro Detroiters and we were glad to have had the pleasure of helping. CLICK HERE for pictures and the event movie!
